Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Picture To Coloring Page. Picture To Coloring Page operates this website and related AI generation services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact support@picturetocoloringpages.com or use Contact support in your account.

Use of the service

The service provides AI generation tools, task management, result previews, and—when payment is configured—subscriptions and credits for eligible features. You agree to use the service only in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, and any additional policies we publish.

User accounts and registration

You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher age of legal majority where you live to register or use the generator. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Adults may create coloring materials for children, but children may not register or operate an account. We do not apply a site-level country whitelist; use and payment availability remain subject to applicable law and provider availability.

  • Account creation: Certain features require an account. Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Unauthorized use: Notify us promptly through support channels if you become aware of unauthorized access or a security issue.
  • Verification: Generation and similar features may require a verified account. The operator may restrict new generation and purchases to protect the service. Queries, support, cancellation, and refund channels remain available.
  • Account management: Self-service account deletion is not available. Privacy or data-related requests should be sent to the operator using the contact methods in the Privacy Policy.

AI generation inputs and outputs

You are responsible for the prompts, reference images, and other materials you submit. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, and use such content, including appropriate permission from the parent or legal guardian when uploading a child’s photo.

Generation features rely on third-party AI models and related infrastructure. By submitting a generation request, you agree that inputs and related metadata needed to fulfill the request may be transmitted to those providers for processing. The current generation service uses SeeAPI Nano Banana 2.1. Changes to the available model or provider will be reflected in the product and relevant disclosures. Outputs may be unpredictable, may contain errors, and may not be unique; availability and permitted uses are also subject to applicable law and model provider terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring that your use of any output complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Content standards and prohibited categories

These rules apply to prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, and content processed or distributed using the service. You must not request, upload, generate, or use the service to distribute the following content, including by rephrasing prompts, disguising your purpose, or otherwise attempting to evade restrictions:

  • Sexual and NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, promotion of sexual services, nudity intended for sexual gratification, and intimate imagery created or distributed without consent.
  • Violence and gore: graphic depictions of severe injury, dismemberment, torture, or gore, and content promoting, encouraging, or threatening violence, terrorism, or harm to others.
  • Hate and discrimination: content inciting hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Child safety violations: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any sexualization, sexual exploitation, grooming, abuse, or other endangerment of minors, whether depicted through real, fictional, or AI-generated material.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: unauthorized impersonation or fabricated identities or endorsements; falsely depicting someone participating in events or conduct for deception, defamation, harassment, or harm to their rights; and any non-consensual sexual deepfakes.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement: using protected works, characters, logos, or other material without necessary authorization to create infringing copies, counterfeit goods, misleading brand endorsements, or otherwise violate copyright, trademark, or related rights.

Converting a photo into line art or a coloring page does not remove these restrictions. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for your inputs. Ordinary, non-sexual photos of children or families may be used to create safe coloring materials only with appropriate permission and in compliance with these Terms.

Reporting prohibited content and appeals

If you encounter suspected prohibited generated content, abuse, or infringement, use Report prohibited content to email support@picturetocoloringpages.com, or sign in and submit a report through Contact support in your account. Email reporting is also available if you do not have an account or cannot sign in. We suggest including "Content report" and the issue category in your email subject or support request title.

Where possible, provide the task ID or relevant page URL, when you encountered the issue, why you believe it violates these Terms, and information necessary to verify the report. For copyright, trademark, likeness, or impersonation concerns, explain your relationship to the rights involved and any relevant authorization. Do not regenerate or redistribute prohibited content to make a report. Do not upload suspected CSAM, explicit sexual content, or other illegal material through email or support requests; provide identifiers or location details instead. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or unrelated personal information.

We will review the information, request additional details through the original email or support request when needed, and assess reports based on the risk and verifiable facts. Confirmed violations may result in refused generation, restricted access to or removal of relevant content, account restrictions or suspension, and reports to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law. Urgent risks may require temporary restrictions before review is complete. Actions depend on our actual control, available evidence, and applicable law. Content that passes automated screening is not necessarily permitted.

We will communicate the outcome or progress we can disclose through the reporting email or original support request. To protect privacy, safety, and investigations, we may not disclose another user's identity, private content, or all enforcement details. If you believe a content decision or account restriction is mistaken, submit an appeal and supporting information through the same channels for review. Reports must be made in good faith; fabricated or abusive reports are prohibited.

Content moderation

To protect users, the service, and third-party providers, the operator may automatically screen prompts, reference images, or other materials before generation and, when enabled, before delivery. Screening may include NSFW and other prohibited-content checks and may be performed by third-party services.

Requests that fail moderation may be refused or not charged. Repeated or serious violations may result in cooldowns, restrictions on new generation and purchases, or suspension or termination of access. Moderation is an assistive measure; it does not guarantee detection of all prohibited content, and passing moderation is not an endorsement that content is lawful or suitable.

Content and intellectual property

Interfaces, software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, and technology provided by the service are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Rights belong to Picture To Coloring Page or its licensors.

  • You retain any rights you may have in content you lawfully own, subject to the rights needed for the operator and necessary providers to provide, operate, and improve the service.
  • You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology, platform, software, models, infrastructure, branding, or intellectual property that make up the service.
  • Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the service.
  • Use of generated output is also subject to applicable law and model provider terms. Do not use generated content to infringe others' rights.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the service:

  • Uploading or generating illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content.
  • Violating the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, credit limits, payment systems, authentication, content moderation, security controls, or usage restrictions.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security, availability, or performance of the service.
  • Using automated systems to scrape, overload, or abuse the service, or to access another user's private data.
  • Reselling or redistributing the service or access without authorization.
  • Using the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Privacy and data

The operator may collect and process account information, generation-related data, usage details, device and log information, cookies, and payment and billing information. See the separate Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions, credit packs, and usage

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly, according to the selected interval. Yearly payments issue all annual credits together. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically, grant membership, or extend an existing subscription. Prices and credits per period are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Credits accumulate and do not expire; generation costs are displayed before submission. You can cancel renewal and request to resume before cancellation takes effect. After cancellation, paid service continues until the period ends, and valid remaining credits remain usable.

Eligible changes require at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Available targets may include monthly upgrades, monthly-to-yearly changes at the same or a higher tier, and yearly upgrades, subject to the targets enabled for your account. Request and confirm a quote first. The change charges the difference between the original and target full-period plan prices before tax, regardless of credits already used or time remaining. Your existing balance remains, and you receive the difference between the target and original plan credit allowances. A new full monthly or yearly period begins once payment is verified. Taxes, the final charge and renewal dates are subject to confirmation and provider verification. Downgrades, yearly-to-monthly changes and scheduled next-period changes are unavailable.

Payments and refunds

Except where required by applicable law or applicable payment-platform rules, subscription, credit-pack, and upgrade payments are generally non-refundable for a change of mind. We do not offer a money-back guarantee. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not automatically refund payments already made.

For duplicate charges, paid services that were not delivered, or other exceptional circumstances, contact support@picturetocoloringpages.com or use Contact support in your account and provide your account and relevant payment information. We review each case based on transaction records, credit usage, service delivery, and the circumstances, and may verify details with the payment platform. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. A discretionary refund for one transaction does not promise a refund for other transactions. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Relevant credits may be temporarily unavailable during processing. Confirmed refunds remove credits from the original payment in proportion to the cumulative amount refunded. Credits for the unrefunded portion and other valid sources remain available; insufficient source credits may restrict further spending and require support. Any full or partial refund of a payment supporting your current subscription order and billing period, including its current upgrade or monthly-to-yearly payment, ends current membership benefits and arranges cancellation of renewal. You may subscribe again after cancellation is confirmed and necessary checks are complete; the previous plan is not automatically restored. Refunds of historical subscription payments, historical upgrades, or credit packs do not cancel your current subscription or renewal. Refund progress is available in your account. Contact support about duplicate charges or other exceptional cases. Your mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Payments are processed by third-party payment services. Actual charges and refund results follow confirmed payment records.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation success, output quality, processing time, or compatibility with every use case. AI model providers, infrastructure providers, or external services may affect availability and results.

Delivery and retention

AI output may contain errors or be unsuitable for your purpose. Review results before use. Private results are retained for about 30 days by default; download them promptly. Prompts and other private material are cleared about 7 days after a task ends. A history record does not guarantee permanent downloads. Contact support about service failures.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created risk for the operator or others, or used the service unlawfully.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. Mandatory liability is not excluded by these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picture To Coloring Page, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your generated outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms and disputes relating to the service are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or protections available where you live. Contact support@picturetocoloringpages.com first so we can try to resolve a service issue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. Service and terms changes are also reflected in relevant pages and update dates.
