This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use this website and related services. Information collection and use

We may process the following types of information to provide, maintain, and improve the service:

Account information: Name or display name, email address, account identifiers, authentication-related information, and other information you provide when creating or managing an account. Used to manage your account, authenticate access, provide customer support, and communicate with you about the service.
Generation data: Text prompts, reference images, selected generation settings, generated outputs, task status, usage history, and related metadata. Used to fulfill generation requests, display results, troubleshoot errors, and improve product performance. Inputs needed to complete a request may be transmitted to third-party AI model and infrastructure providers; specific models and suppliers may change with product configuration.
Content moderation data: Prompts, reference images, or other materials may be automatically screened for safety, compliance, and abuse prevention, including NSFW and other prohibited-content checks. Used to decide whether generation may proceed, record violation or cooldown-related state, and uphold service and third-party provider policies. Screening may be performed by third-party services; when output checks are enabled, generated results may also be screened.
Usage details: Pages visited, features accessed, generation activity, credits usage, and interaction data. Used to analyze engagement, improve the service, detect abuse, and ensure system reliability.
Device and log information: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. Used to optimize for different devices, maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Cookies and similar technologies: Used to remember preferences, support authentication, provide core site functionality, and measure site performance.
Payment and billing information: Payment status, billing-related metadata, purchased subscriptions or credit plans, order information, and transaction identifiers. Sensitive payment details such as card numbers are processed by payment providers and are not stored directly by this site. This site retains necessary order, payment, refund, and credit records to process payments, manage purchases, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and provide billing support.

Do not submit content you are not entitled to use, and avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your intended use.

Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of Picture To Coloring Page, our users, or others.
With trusted service providers who help operate the website, process payments, provide AI generation and content moderation, analytics, hosting, email delivery, or customer support, sharing only what is needed to fulfill the request, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where permitted by applicable law.

SeeAPI: processes reference images, prompts, generation settings, outputs and moderation requests. The current generation model is Nano Banana 2.1. See SeeAPI data handling.
Google: if you choose Google sign-in or account linking, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and profile information to create or link your account and authenticate you. We do not request access to Gmail or Drive content. You can manage linked sign-in methods in Account Security and revoke authorization in your Google account. See Google Privacy Policy.
Payments: Waffo processes current purchases; Stripe may process records and follow-up actions for historical purchases made through it. Payment providers handle payment details, while we retain the transaction evidence needed for credits and billing support. See Waffo Privacy Policy and Stripe Privacy Policy.
Infrastructure: Cloudflare hosts the application and private media, Turso stores account and service records, and Resend delivers account emails. Optional analytics services, when enabled, process usage information as described above.

These providers process the information they receive under their applicable terms and data practices. We update the relevant disclosures when the services we use change.

User content

You are responsible for the prompts, images, and other content you submit. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Generated outputs may depend on the input you provide and on the capabilities and policies of third-party AI models. Content moderation is assistive and does not guarantee detection of all prohibited content.

Data storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption where appropriate, to help protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Private generated results are retained for about 30 days by default. Prompts and other private task material are cleared about 7 days after a task ends. Download your work promptly. A history record does not guarantee continued file availability. Pending tasks or review evidence may need to remain until resolution. Payment evidence is retained for accounting and applicable requirements.

The retention periods above apply to this site’s own storage. They do not delete copies already received by SeeAPI or its upstream model providers. SeeAPI currently states that stored input files, output files, task information and moderation results have no scheduled automatic expiry, and API request logs are retained for 60 days. Deleting a source URL or clearing local task material does not itself delete provider copies. Contact support@picturetocoloringpages.com for a deletion request so we can review the relevant local and provider records; deletion scope and timing depend on the records and applicable requirements.

Self-service account deletion is not available. Requests related to access, correction, deletion, or other data matters should be sent to support@picturetocoloringpages.com. The operator will verify identity and handle requests to the extent required by applicable law. Ledger entries and payment evidence retained for accounting or legal requirements may not be deletable upon request.

Children

Account registration and use of the generator are for adults aged at least 18, or the higher age of legal majority where they live. Children may use printed coloring materials prepared by an adult, but may not register or operate an account. Adults uploading a child’s photo must have appropriate parent or guardian permission. If you believe a child has created an account or submitted information without appropriate permission, contact support@picturetocoloringpages.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date where appropriate. Changes are effective when posted. The actual operator determines how material changes are communicated.
